Billboard’s Latin Grammys Cocktail Party

The Eden Roc Renaissance in Miami overlooks world-renowned Miami Beach on prestigious Millionaire’s Row and has played host to Hollywood greats like Elizabeth Taylor, Katherine Hepburn, Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart since 1956. The Eden Roc continues to delight guests and celebrities alike during the Billboard Latin Grammy Awards. Here at the kickoff cocktail reception we enjoyed some paella, smoked a complimentary cigar and stayed hydrated with cool drinks while mingling with Latin music aficionados and artists including James de la Raza, Patrick J. Armstrong and up and coming model Alexis Newsome. This one singer named Laura Diamante was especially nice to look at and listen to. She sings and rhymes in both English and Spanish, writes all of her lyrics, composes her music, and co-produces a lot of her beats.
