Cesar Rosario – Miami Fashion Week 2010
Cesar Rosario is a Miami based designer who began his career as a bridal designer for the renowned Sposa Real store in Puerto Rico. He graduated from Lisa Thon’s school of Fashion Design Centromoda, taught illustration at the Alfaro Institute of Design and is a broadcast personality covering fashion and red carpet events for Univision Radio.
