Diane von Furstenberg unveils her Fall ’09 collection!

Diane von Furstenberg is a designer that needs no introduction. Her infamous wrap dresses have been seen on just about every celebrity on the planet. Furstenberg unveiled her fall ’09 collection on the New York Fashion week.

On the runway, there were leopard-print dresses and tights, often paired with coats, blouses and other toppers in a myriad other patterns of varying origins. Drawing inspiration from the ‘ modern nomad’ who ‘journeyed from place to place’ and, it seems, invariably somehow managed to simultaneously draw fashion inspiration from the Mongolians, Australians and Japanese at the same time.
