Dog Owners Dream Up Ultimate Dog Park

One of TV’s most playful personalities is inviting dog owners to dream up their ultimate dog park.

Emmy Award-winning actor Eric Stonestreet, from TV’s “Modern Family,” knows taking time out to play can help keep you happy and healthy. A devoted dog owner, his favorite playmate is his twelve year old rescue dog, Coleman Hawkins. To inspire more play among America’s dog owners, Stonestreet is inviting them to enter the Beneful Dream Dog Park Contest that awards a $500,000 renovation of a dog park in the Grand Prize winner’s area. Eric, tell us more about the contest.

It’s a cool idea that Beneful came up with which is giving pet owners the opportunity to design a dream dog park. Which I think when you have a dog you always go to these dog parks that are pretty much just like big giant squares with a fence around them and not a lot activity to do. And the whole idea behind it is, is that you have a pet that is eager to get out there and play and goof around, and they can inspire you to get out and play and goof around like a kid again.
